  • We store as little data as possible; only the titles of tickets, not the content of the messages. All data is encrypted at rest with full disk encryption in Amazon Web Services, which follows top IT security standards, including SOC 3, PCI DSS Level 1, and MTCS Level 3.
  • When connecting to Slack and Zendesk, we adhere to OAuth2.0, the industry standard for secure access to external applications.
  • In order to access all production infrastructure, our team uses Two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator.
